What is a Quarterquad?
We are mapping species presence across the southeast on a predefined grid. The grid is made up of ¼ USGS Quadrangles, which we call "quarterquads." Based on your knowledge of the quarterquads in your area, you are being asked to enter information on each of our target invasive species.
Each quarterquad is approximately 6km on each side, and encompasses roughly 9,000 acres.
