Are you having trouble using the online mapping application? There is an alternative way for you to submit your data. We have simplified state maps and a data entry form that you can work with right on your computer. Just download the instructions, data entry form, and a state map from below. Then simply input your data according to the instructions and email the form to dmarvin@princeton.edu
*Please use this method ONLY if you are not able to use the Mapping ApplicationState-by-State Maps
Please click on the links below to download a PDF file of a state map. To save a copy on your computer, click "Save A Copy " once the file opens in a new browser window. Files are approximately 1MB or less.
